Founded in October 2003 by Bruce Knapp, the company's roots lie in providing translation and interpretation services to the medical community. As a specialist in the medical field, our interpreters understand the terminology making it an easier, more comfortable experience for the patient and medical staff. Helping you provide quality care through qualified interpreters. Since then, the company has grown and provides both verbal and written services to government offices, courts and legal service providers, and many corporations assisting with employee communications and training. In August 2009, the company, located in Shawnee, KS, teamed up with a West Coast software developer, Systematech Technical Management Services Inc., to provide online interpreters for Kansas City area hospitals and courts. Through this partnership the company is also able to provide 24/7 customer and technical service. Alpha & Omega has the distinction of being the only regional reseller of this software in the Midwest region.
